Add a natural onion flavour to your curries, stir-frys, soups and dips without the teary eyed chopping! Nothing can substitute the aromatic presence of a fresh onion, but this powder comes pretty close. It is used to flavour a number of dishes, and some yummy snacks like Makhanas, Chips and Nuts!
